Closing Date: 8th March, 2024

The Policy Catalyst Distributed Generation Window is an initiative by GET.transform to provide technical support to assist both regulators and utilities in selected Sub-Saharan African countries with integrating Distributed Generation (DG) onto their electricity networks. It is a multi-year programme being implemented by Sustainable Energy Africa (SEA) in partnership with the African Forum for Utility Regulators and the Association of Power Utilities of Africa (APUA), with funding from GET.transform.

SEA, in collaboration with its partners, will implement a series of activities, designed to capacitate utility and regulator staff in DG integration. This will include a combination of interactive trainings (courses will be delivered in-person or online) and dedicated technical support. In this regard, SEA is seeking to engage a service provider with expertise in DG capacitation to undertake the two general in-person DG training course and four specialist online bi-directional metering trainings.

The services will be procured for a period of 25 months with optional extensions.
